Embroidery

I can honestly say that I am not a novice at embroidery. I grew up stitching, it a part of my Hispanic culture. Having said that, I can tell you that doing embroidery on a knitted fabric is not as easy. I have always had hoops to stretch the fabric and then it was easy. With the knitted fabric you need to be careful not to make it too tight or too loose. It's not a complain just a comment. I am having fun doing it and will finish the right hand today. I will find my comfort zone and force myself to have time for myself. I just have not had enough time and that frustrates me because I am a perfectionist. But I do love my gloves.

These are lovely - congrats.

The thing w/ embroidering on knits is you have to be loose - any tight stitching will distort the work. I suggest pulling each stitch as you make them to stretch out the embroidery.

Good luck!
